JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Mr.H.Velavadhass, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, as well as Mr.K.K.Senthil, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents.

(2.) At this stage of the hearing of the writ petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents had submitted that an enquiry is being conducted against the Muthawalli of muslim Jamath Pallivasal, Perungulam, Ramanathapuram District, as per the show-cause notice, dated 17.07.2009 and 07.07.2010, as per law. He had also submitted that the enquiry proceedings would be completed within a period of three months from today.

(3.) In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents, since, no further orders are necessary in the present writ petition, the writ petition stands closed. No costs.
