JUDGEMENT

(1.) ON consent, this writ petition is taken up for final hearing.

(2.) THE writ petition is filed against the order of the third respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.389/A6/2008 dated 05.02.2009 and to quash the same and to direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to continue as Graduate Assistant (Zoology-Telugu) with all attendant and monetary benefits.

(3.) HEARD the rival submissions made on both sides.
