JUDGEMENT

(1.) This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to transfer the case in C.C No. 62 of 2009 on the file of the District Munsif -Cum-Judicial Magistrate, Yadapatti to Judicial Magistrate No. 1, Thanjavur so as to avoid the conflict of judgments.

(2.) Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.
