JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE petitioner is the wife of the detenu Kumar. She challenges an order of the second respondent in No.C3/D.O.No.27/2010 dated 13.4.2010, whereby her husband was ordered to be detained under Act 14/82 branding him as a Bootlegger.

(2.) THE affidavit in support of the petition and the grounds of detention are looked into. THE Court heard the learned Counsel on either side.

(3.) THE Court heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor on the above contentions and paid its anxious consideration on the submissions made.
