JUDGEMENT

(1.) This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed praying that this Court may be pleased to withdraw H.M.O.P.No.93 of 2009,pending, on the file of the Subordinate Court, Dharmapuri and transfer the same to the Second Additional Family Court, Chennai, to be tried along with M.C.No.515 of 2009.

(2.) At this stage of the hearing of the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent has no objection for this Court, passing an order allowing this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition.

(3.) Hence, H.M.O.P.No.93 of 2009, pending on the file of the Subordinate Court, Dharmapuri, is withdrawn and transferred to the II Additional Family Court, Chennai, to be tried along with M.C.No.515 of 2009.
