JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

(2.) AT this stage of the hearing of the above transfer petitions, the learned counsels appearing on behalf of the parties concerned had prayed that this Court may be pleased to transfer H.M.O.P.No.15 of 2010 and H.M.O.P.No.199 of 2008, to the Family Court, Coimbatore, since, it would be convenient for both the petitioner and the respondent, in the above petitions, to appear and to conduct the above petitions.
