JUDGEMENT

(1.) The challenge is made to the award of Rs. 3,76,000.00., passed by the Motor vehicle Accident Claims Tribunal (Fast Track Court I) Coimbatore, dated 25.07.2003 as against the claim of Rs. 5 lakhs for the injuries sustained by the appellant/claimant in a road traffic accident, said to have been taken place on 08.04.1999.

(2.) The facts which absolutely necessary for the disposal of this memorandum of civil miscellaneous appeal are recapitulated in brief as follows;
