JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD Mr.R.Senthil Kumar, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.R.Manoharan, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent and Mrs.S.Srimathi, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 2 and 3 and Mr.K.Muraleedharan, the learned counsel appearing for the fourth respondent.

AT this stage of the hearing of the writ petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner had submitted that it would suffice, if the first respondent is directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner, dated 12.10.2010, on merits and in accordance with law, within a specified period.
