JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS Civil Revision Petition has been filed praying that this Court may be pleased to direct the trial Court to dispose of the interlocutory application, in I.A.No.41 of 2010, in O.S.No.1456 of 2007, pending on the file of the III Additional District Munsif Court, at Coimbatore, within a stipulated period.

(2.) THE learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents has no objection for this Court passing such an order.
