JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS Civil Revision Petition has been filed praying that this Court may be pleased to direct the second respondent to complete the arbitration proceedings, which had arisen due to the dispute between the petitioner, namely, M/s.Klene Paks Limited., and M/s.Madras Fertilizers Limited, Chennai, the first respondent herein.

(2.) THE learned counsels appearing on behalf of the petitioner, as well as the respondents had submitted that a direction may be issued to the second respondent, who is the Arbitrator-cum-Managing Director, Madras Fertilizers Limited, Chennai, to complete the arbitration proceedings, within four months from the date of the receipt of a copy of this order.
