JUDGEMENT

(1.) INVOKING the writ jurisdiction of this Court the petitioner seeks a writ of habeas corpus to direct the respondents to produce him before this Court and set him at liberty.

(2.) THE affidavit in support of the petition is perused. THE Court heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

(3.) THE Court heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor on the above contentions.
