JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Mr. A. Thirumurthy, the learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, as well as Mr. R. Manoharan, the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents.

(2.) This petition has been filed praying that this Court may be pleased to punish the respondent for wilful disobedience of the order of this Court, dated 06.01.2010, made in W.P.(MD) No. 8687 of 2009.
