JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE petitioner, by way of the present petition seeks the following relief:

(2.) I have heard the submissions made on either side and perused the materials available on record.

(3.) FOR the above reason, this Court directs the sixth respondent to register a case based on the complaint of the petitioner. As allegations of police atrocities are made, this Court finds it appropriate and directs the investigation in the case to be conducted by the fifth respondent.
