JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Mr.V.Kannan, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, Mr.R.Manoharan, the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the first and the second respondents, as well as Mr.D.Sasikumar, the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the third respondent.

(2.) The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that it would suffice, if the representation of the petitioner, dated 08.06.2010, is directed to be disposed of on merits, within a specified period.

(3.) The learned Government Advocates appearing on behalf of the respondents, have no objection for such an order being passed by this Court.
