JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS writ petition has been filed praying for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to release the lorry bearing Registration No.TN -29 -AC -4842, seized by the Inspector of Police, Civil Supplies, CID, Krishnagiri, Krishnagiri District, on 15.11.2010.

(2.) HEARD the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent.

(3.) BY consent of both the parties, the writ petition is taken up for final hearing and disposal. In view of the averments made by the petitioner and taking into consideration the relief prayed for by the petitioner and since, similar orders have been passed by this Court, the respondent is directed to release the lorry bearing Registration No.TN -29 -AC -4842, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, to the petitioner, on his fulfilling the following conditions: -
