JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed, praying that this Court may be pleased to withdraw O.P.No.1140 of 2009, pending, on the file of the First Additional Family Court, Chennai, and to transfer the same to any other Court of competent jurisdiction, at Trichy.

(2.) IT has been stated that the marriage between the petitioner and the respondent was solemnized, on 07.06.2006, as per the Hindu rites and customs, at Boadinaickanoor, Theni District. After the marriage, the petitioner had started living with the respondent in her matrimonial house, at Vadapalani. A female child was born out of the wedlock, on 22.06.2007. Thereafter, certain disputes had arisen between the petitioner and the respondent. The petitioner had started living with her aged parents.

(3.) IN view of the avernments made on behalf of the petitioner, O.P.No.1140 of 2009, pending on the file of the First Additional Family Court, Chennai, is withdrawn and transferred to the Family Court, Trichy, as prayed for by the petitioner. This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
