JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE defendants 1 to 4 in O.S.No.8 of 2002 on the file of Additional District Judge, Chidambaram are the appellants herein. THE plaintiff in the above suit is the respondent in the appeal and the cross objector in Cross Objection No.1 of 2004.
