JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE prayer in the writ petition is for issue of a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to quash the order passed by the second respondent dated 30.05.2008 and for a consequential direction to the third respondent to continue the petitioner in employment.

(2.) THE matter in issue relates to verification of the communal status of the petitioner and the proceedings of the District Level Vigilance Committee in that regard.
