JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition seeking to challenge the order of the Government in G.O.(D.) No. 651, Health and Family Welfare (D1) Department, dated 15.05.2007. By the impugned order, the petitioner was dismissed from service.

(2.) When the Writ Petition came up for hearing on 14.03.2008, notice of motion was ordered.
