JUDGEMENT

(1.) TODAY, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought the permission of this Court to withdraw the petition as settled out of Court and to that effect he has also made an endorsement.

(2.) RECORDING the said submission and the endorsement made, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed. No costs.
