JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS transfer civil miscellaneous petition has been filed to withdraw O.P.No.60 of 2009, from the file of the II Additional Subordinate Court, Coimbatore, and to transfer the same to the family Court, Chengalpet.

(2.) IT has been stated that the respondent had filed H.M.O.P.No.60 of 2009, before the II Additional Subordinate Court, Coimbatore, praying for divorce. IT has been stated that the petitioner has been living at Madipakkam, Chennai, from the month of August, 2009. She has given birth to a child, on 8.6.2009.

(3.) THERE is no appearance on behalf of the respondents.
