(2.) CRP.Npd. No. 4003 of 2009: This revision petition has been filed against the order in allowing application filed in O.E.A. No. 25 of 2007 in E.P. No. 7 of 2006 in O.S. No. 24 of 1999 dated 13.07.2009 passed by the lower Court.
