JUDGEMENT

(1.) The issue involved in this group of petitions is similar and therefore with the request of learned advocates appearing for the parties, same are heard together and are being disposed of by this common order.

(2.) For the sake of convenience, the facts stated in Special Civil Application No.5142 of 2019 are considered.

(3.) It is the case of the petitioner that he is the owner and occupant of house of Krishnanagar - 1 Society situated at old survey nos. 240 and 241 of Sayajipura area of Vadodara. It is stated that all the occupants of the said society have purchased their respective houses from original owner Mathurbhai Jesangbhai Vasava in the year 2002 or thereafter.
