JUDGEMENT

(1.) Mr.N.P.Chaudhary, learned advocate, is permitted to file his appearance on behalf of respondent No. 2 herein.

(2.) Mr. Chaudhary, learned advocate appearing for respondent No. 2, has brought to the notice of this Court an oral order dated 08.07.2019 passed in Special Civil Application No. 11440 2019 and submitted that the case of present petitioner is similar to the petitioners of Special Civil Application No. 11440 2019 and the case is covered under the said direction and therefore, the same order may be passed.

(3.) With consent of learned advocates appearing for the respective parties the matter is taken up for final hearing.
