JUDGEMENT

The present application is filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, for regular bail in connection with FIR being C.R.No.I­75 of 2019 registered with Pandesara Police Station, District Surat City, for offence under Sections 406 , 420 , 465 , 467 , 468 , 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
