JUDGEMENT

(1.) It is not in dispute that Manish Jagdishchandra Tiwari has expired on 5.5.2019 and xerox copy of death certificate is produced on record.

(2.) As against above, learned advocate appearing for the appellant would contend that new trustees are appointed and even resolution of the trustees is to be passed to appoint /elect managing trustees of the trust.

(3.) Pursuant to any resolution passed by the trustee and managing trustee elected, it will be open for such managing trustee to take appropriate measures before the District Education Officer, District:Ahmedabad for the subject matter of this appeal.
