JUDGEMENT

(1.) Learned advocate Mr. Y.J.Patel states that he has instructions to appear for the complainant and victim girl in the matter. He is permitted to file his appearance. He has produced affidavit of the victim girl - Ms.Sangitaben w/o. Sureshbhai Kaluji Marwadi (Bhil), which is ordered to be taken on record.

(2.) The complainant and the victim girl are present before the Court and admits correctness and genuineness of the affidavit filed by them through their learned advocate. Learned advocate Mr.Y.J.Patel identifies the the complainant and the victim and confirms correctness and genuineness of the affidavit filed by them.

(3.) Rule. Learned A.P.P. and learned advocate Mr. Y.J.Patel waive service of Rule for respondent Nos.1 and 2 respectively.
