JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Ms. Roopal R. Patel, learned advocate for the applicant and Mr. Anand L. Sharma, learned advocate for the respondent - original petitioner.

(2.) The original petitioner - Madhavlal Ishwarlal Patel had instituted Special Civil Application No.18078 of 2016 against Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd., etc. and they will be called petitioner and respondent.

(3.) Special Civil Application No.18078 of 2016 was disposed of on 15.3.2018. Afterwards the original respondent instituted Misc. Civil Application bearing Misc. Civil Application No.1 of 2018 for review alongwith Civil Application No.2 of 2018 for condonation of delay. As per the submission of learned advocate for BSNL the review application as well as the application for delay were pending and at that time both the applications were dismissed for non­removal of office objections.
