JUDGEMENT

(1.) Mr. Shivang Shukla, learned advocate for the respondent No. 1 submits the affidavit-in-reply in the main petition. The same is taken on record.

(2.) Heard Mr. P. A. Jadeja, learned counsel for the applicant - original petitioner and Mr. Shivang Shukla, learned advocate for the respondent No. 1 and Mr. Vegopal Patel, learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondent - State on the civil application.

(3.) The applicant - original petitioner has filed the main petition being Special Civil Application No. 15266 of 2018 challenging the recruitment process and the order dated 20.09.2018, passed by the respondent No. 1 - Gujarat Public Service Commission, wherein, the coordinate bench of this Court had issued notice on 03.10.2018, making it returnable on 09.10.2018. On 09.10.2018, the matter was adjourned to 27.12.2018 and on 27.12.2018, it was permitted to be moved before the Vacation Court. On 01.01.2019, on a request made by Mr. Shivang Shukla, learned advocate for the respondent No. 1 seeking time to file reply, the matter is adjourned to today i.e. 02.01.2019.
