JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Mr. Kshitij Amin, learned counsel for the respondent No. 2 and Mr. Hardik Soni, learned APP for the respondent-State.

(2.) Rule, returnable forthwith. Learned counsel for respondent No. 2 and Learned APP have waived service of Rule.

(3.) The applicant is under-trial prisoner in connection with offence registered with NCB Ahmedabad as NCB/AZU/CR-6/2014 for the offences punishable under Sections 8(c), 20(b)((ii)(c) and 29 of the NDPS Act, 1985 which is numbered as Special Case (NDPS) No. 1 of 2015. He has submitted this application, through his mother, and requested for temporary release/bail for 30 days for the purpose of attending marriage of his sister, namely, Narminbanu.
