(1.) Rule. Learned APP Mr.L.B. Dabhi waives service of Rule on behalf of the respondent State.

The present bail application is filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, for regular bail in connection with FIR being I?C.R.No.13 of 2019 registered with Salabatpura Police Station, Surat for offence punishable punishable under Sections 380, 454, 457, 120(B) and 114 of the Indian Penal Code.

(3.) Learned APP appearing on behalf of the respondent?State has opposed grant of regular bail looking to the nature and gravity of the offence.
