JUDGEMENT

(1.) This petition is preferred by the victim of repeated rapes and who is still struggling to get her FIR registered with Gadh Police Station, Distirct:Banaskantha.

(2.) She when returned home after four months of her initial abduction by three persons, she was already pregnant and presently carrying 19 months of pregnancy.

(3.) On 16.01.2019, this Court has ordered her examination physical and mental by the team of doctors at Civil Hospital, Palanpur.
