JUDGEMENT

(1.) Looking to the issue involved in the present matter, by an order dated 03.12.2019, this Court issued notice for final disposal. Therefore considering the said fact of the present case and with the consent of learned advocates appearing for the parties, this matter is taken up for final hearing at an admission stage.

(2.) Rule. Learned Assistant Government Pleader Mr.K.M. Antani, waives service of notice of rule for respondents.
