JUDGEMENT

(1.) By this application, the applicant has prayed for withdrawal of the personal bond of Rs.50,00,000/-(Rupees Fifty Lacs only) deposited on behalf of the applicant as per the order passed by this Court (Coram : A.Y. Kogje, J.) on 13th September 2019 modified vide order dated 14th September 2019.

(2.) It was submitted by the learned advocate Mr.Gandhi for the applicant that as per the order dated 13th September 2019, by way of an interim measure the applicant was permitted to travel abroad for a period between 15.09.2019 to 05.10.2019 on conditions stipulated in the said order. The conditions stipulated for allowing the applicant to travel abroad in the aforesaid order are as under :
