JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present petition has been filed for quashing and setting aside the order dated 2nd December 2002 passed by the Director, Technical Education, and the order dated 16th January 2008 passed by the Director, Technical Education, Office of the Director, Technical Education, Gujarat State whereby, the request of the petitioner for compassionate appointment has been turned down. The petitioner also challenges the order dated 11th June 2003 passed by the Principal, L.D. Engineering College rejecting the request of the petitioner for compassionate appointment.
