JUDGEMENT

(1.) It is required to be noted that respondent no. 2 - complainant has died.

(2.) Learned advocate Mr. R. D. Chauhan states that he has instructions to appear for respondent No. 3 - victim in the matter. He is permitted to file his appearance. He has produced affidavit of the victim girl - Ms. Manishaben w/o. Hairabhai Arjanbhai Chavda, which is ordered to be taken on record.

(3.) Rule. Learned A. P. P. and learned advocate Mr. Chauhan waive service of Rule for respondent Nos. 1 and 3 respectively.
