(2.) Heard Mr.Japan V. Dave with Mr.Nirav C. Sanghavi, learned advocates for the petitioner and Mr.Dharmesh Devnani, learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondent Nos.2 and

The present petition has been filed against the order dated 21st October 2019 passed by the Deputy Collector, Anand, whereby, the Deputy Collector while allowing the Appeal No.01/A/2019 filed by the respondent No.1, has directed the authorities to allow ingress and egress to the respondent No.1 by, opening the road from Survey No.1621, Village Sarsa, District Anand belonging to the petitioner.
