JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioner has preferred this petition, seeking to invoke extraordinary jurisdiction of this Court under Article 226 and supervisory jurisdiction under Section 227 of the Constitution of India so also inherent powers of this Court under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.

(2.) This application is preferred seeking release of Eco 5 Star AC Car bearing registration No.GJ-07-BR-4200.

(3.) It is the case of the petitioner that he is the owner of the aforesaid vehicle and it is duly registered with the transport department of the Government. He had preferred an application for the release of the vehicle in question, which came to be disposed off by the learned JMFC, Khanpur vide order dated 01/12/2018. He also had preferred revision, which too came to be rejected by the Sessions Court Mahisagar at Lunavada, vide order dated 05/02/2019 passed in Criminal Revision Application No.37/2018. He is, therefore, before this Court.
