JUDGEMENT

(1.) RULE. Ms Anuja Nanavati, learned advocate waives service of rule on behalf of respondents nos. 1 to 8.

(2.) THE present application has been preferred by the applicants-State of Gujarat for extension of time to comply with the order passed by this Court dated 30/06/2009 in Special Civil Application Nos. 5797/2009 and other cognate Special Civil Applications by which the State Government was directed to fill up the post of Members of GPSC for a further period of six weeks.

(3.) MS. Sangeeta Vishen, learned AGP, under instructions from the concerned Officer, has requested to extend the time atleast for a period of two weeks to comply with the order passed by this Court and to fill up the vacant post of the Members of GPSC.
