JUDGEMENT

(1.) RULE. Shri Ashish Shah, learned advocate waives service of notice of rule on behalf of the opponents.

(2.) THE present application has been preferred by the applicant-original respondent for an appropriate order to extend the time fixed for final disposal of Regular Civil Suit No. 9/2001 from 30/10/2009 to such further period as deemed fit.

(3.) HAVING heard the learned advocates appearing on behalf of the respective parties and considering the averments made in paragraph 5 and as parties are trying to amicably settle the matter, in the facts and circumstances of the case, time to dispose of Regular Civil Suit No. 9/2001 by the learned trial Court is hereby extended up to 30/09/2010.
