JUDGEMENT

(1.) RULE. learned Assistant Government Pleader waives the service of notice of Rule on behalf of the respondents.

(2.) THE present Civil Application has been preferred by the applicant-original petitioner for fixing early date of hearing of main Special Civil Application.

(3.) IN the facts and circumstances of the case, Registry is hereby directed to notify main petition being Special Civil Application No. 13416 of 2003 for final hearing in the week commencing from 26th October,2009. Rule is made absolute accordingly.
