JUDGEMENT

(1.) RULE. Shri Pranav Dave, learned AGP waives service of notice of rule on behalf of the respondent Nos. 1,2,3 and 4. The present application has been preferred by the applicant original petitioner for condonation of delay 105 days in preferring the Misc. Civil Application (Stamp) No. 1612 of 2009. Considering the averments made in the application delay caused in preferring the Misc. Civil Application is hereby condoned. Rule is made absolute. Registry is directed to give regular number to the Misc. Civil Application.
