JUDGEMENT

(1.) RULE. Shri Shivang Shukla, learned AGP waives service of notice of rule on behalf of respondents nos. 1 to 3 in all the Special Civil Applications.

(2.) WITH the consent of the learned advocates appearing on behalf of the respective parties, all these petitions are taken up for final hearing today.

(3.) AS common question of facts and law arise in all these petitions and as Special Civil Application No. 10082/2009 is the main petition and Special Civil Application Nos. 10086 to 10091/2009 are one page petitions, all these petitions are disposed of by this common judgement and order.
