JUDGEMENT

(1.) RULE. Shri Nikunt Raval, learned AGP waives service of notice of rule on behalf of respondents nos. 4 to 8.

(2.) THE present application has been preferred by the applicant-original respondent no. 6/1 for fixing the early date of hearing of the main Special Civil Application.

(3.) CONSIDERING the nature of controversy raised in the main Special Civil Application and in the facts and circumstances of the case, Registry is directed to notify the main Special Civil Application for final hearing on 16/11/2009 in the first board.
