SHRI Hasit Joshi, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present Special Civil Application as the petitioner proposes to make a representation to the respondents. Without expressing any opinion with respect to the maintainability and/or entertainability of such a representation, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the present Special Civil Application. Accordingly, the present Special Civil Application is dismissed as withdrawn. Rule is discharged. Ad-interim relief granted earlier, if any, stands vacated forthwith. No costs.
