JUDGEMENT

(1.) RULE. Mr. S. K. Bukhari, learned advocate waives service of notice of Rule on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 and 2. Mr. Nikunt Raval, learned Assistant Government Pleader waives service of notice of Rule on behalf of respondent Nos. 3 and 7.

(2.) THE present Civil Application has been preferred by the applicants- original respondent Nos. 2 and 3 for fixing early date of hearing of main Special Civil Application No. 13517 of 2000.

(3.) CONSIDERING the fact that the main Special Civil Application is of the year 2000, Registry is directed to notify the main Special Civil Application for final hearing in the week commencing from 11th January,2010. Rule is made absolute accordingly.
