(1.) RULE. Ms. Krina Calla, learned AGP waives service of rule on behalf of respondent no. 1.

(2.) THE present application has been preferred by the applicant-original petitioner for fixing the early date of hearing of the main Special Civil Application.

(3.) WHILE admitting the main petition, the learned Single Jude passed the following order on 25/06/2008; rule. Mr. Vipul Mistry, learned AGP, waives service of notice of rule for respondent nos. 1 and 2. The office is directed to place the matter for hearing after the pleadings are complete. "
