JUDGEMENT

(1.) RULE. Shri M. R. Mengde, learned AGP waives service of rule on behalf of respondents nos. 4 to 6 and Shri Utpal Panchal, learned advocate waives service of rule on behalf of respondent no. 7.

(2.) THE present application has been preferred by the applicants permitting them to be joined as petitioner nos. 1/1 and 1/2 in the main Special Civil Application as the heirs and legal representatives of the deceased petitioner no. 1, Rameshbhai Lallubhai Patel.

(3.) CONSIDERING the averments made in the application and as the averments are not seriously opposed by Shri Utpal Panchal, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the contesting respondent, prayer in terms of paragraph 3 (a) is hereby granted. The applicants are permitted to be joined as petitioners nos. 1/1 and 1/2 in the main Special Civil Application as heirs and legal representatives of deceased petitioner no. 1, Rameshbhai Lallubhai Patel.
