BY way of this petition the petitioner has prayed for a direction to the respondent authorities to effect the change of date of birth from 24. 06. 1988 to 14. 05. 1988 of the petitioner in the records and also to issue fresh certificate of birth showing his real date of birth as 14. 05. 1988 instead of 24. 06. 1988.
