Civil Application has been preferred by the applicant original petitioner for modification of the order dated 08/07/2009 passed by this Court in Special Civil Application No. 6782 of 2009 to the effect that instead of "the Superintending Engineer, Narmada Yojna Vasahat and Procurement Circle, Narmada Bhavan, Block-A, Vadodara", "the Superintending Engineer, Narmada Project Chief Works Circle, Kevadia Colony, Taluka: Nandod, District: Narmada" be directed to decide applicant's representation within the stipulated time.
